Clay Jarrell is the Program Director at CMR. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Counseling. He and his wife, Erica, were houseparents at Eagle Ranch, a children's home in Georgia, for almost 6 years. They lived on the boys ranch for 2 1/2 years and the girls ranch for 3 years. Clay and Erica have three boys, Cole , Ethan, and Caden.
In addition to houseparenting, Clay has worked as a counselor in a community based counseling center, at a boys ranch in north Georgia and at a church here in Morgantown. Clay has enjoyed being able to mentor the many young people and families with whom he has had an opportunity to work. He's excited to continue that work with the boys and families that God brings to CMR and to see those lives changed.
